About the residence “The Wing” in Kortrijk
The Wing provides accommodation for as many as 172 expats, college or university students. The student rooms are spread across two wings with 7 floors each.
With The Wing, we are bringing new rooms to the heart of Kortrijk, equipped with all comfort and contemporary amenities. Residents will enjoy an ideal location in the centre of Kortrijk, close to the campuses of KU Leuven KULAK, UGent campus Kortrijk, Howest and Vives.
The rooms
Each room has a private bathroom and modern furniture. You get to know your fellow residents in the communal kitchen, which you share with 10 to 14 other residents. In this way, the large residence becomes a small living unit where you can get to know each other really well.
Magnificent roof terrace
The city of Kortrijk is not only figuratively at your feet – with the city centre, faculties, shops and leisure facilities just a stone’s throw away – but also literally: from the roof terrace you have a stunning view of Kortrijk and the surrounding area.
The building also has a large communal relaxation area and space to study together during exam periods. For your bicycle, there is a safe place in the locked bicycle shed.
